Senior Ceramics Technician
We are looking for an experienced Senior Ceramist to join our production team in a hands-on, factory-floor role.

You will work alongside our production operatives every day, leading by example and being actively involved in the making of pots. The seniority of this role comes from your ceramic expertise and your ability to guide and support others on the shop floor.

A key part of the role is supervision through knowledge. You will use your experience to maintain consistently high standards of workmanship, paying close attention to quality while helping the team work efficiently. This includes applying proven ceramic techniques, such as analysing processes and “counting your moves,” to improve productivity without compromising quality.

This role is ideal for a professional ceramicist who enjoys hands-on work and wants to apply their skills and experience in a production environment, rather than moving into an office or administrative position.
