• Field merchandising: £120 per day

• On-site work: £12.50 per hour

A factory-floor, hands-on ceramicist role combining daily pot making with technical leadership and team training.

This is a hands-on role, focused on crafting high-quality flowerpots from start to finish.

No prior pottery experience is required — full training will be provided.
