Delivery FAQ's

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order:

  • £12.99 (standard orders)

  • £16.99 (heavier orders)

Free delivery is available on all orders over £150.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days.

While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by such delays.

If a specific delivery date has been agreed and cannot be met, we will:

  • Inform you as soon as possible

  • Offer either a revised delivery date or a full refund

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been prepared and booked for collection, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

From there:

  • DPD deliveries: You will receive app/text updates with tracking and delivery time slots

  • Palletways deliveries: Delivery is typically made within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, and the driver will call ahead to arrange delivery

Important Delivery Notes

  • For pallet deliveries, it is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of the pallet after delivery

  • Delivery services are carried out by third-party couriers, including DPD and Palletways

For delivery-specific queries (e.g. time slots, tracking updates, driver communication), please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.

While we cannot investigate issues related purely to courier service levels, we will always assist where a delivery issue has resulted in lost, damaged, or missing goods.

Damages & Breakages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, including custom packaging and pallets for larger orders. However, as our products are fragile, breakages may occasionally occur during transit.

Please note:

  • We are unable to collect or receive broken pots back

  • We recommend safely disposing of damaged items, either:

    • By breaking them down for use as drainage at the bottom of pots, or

    • Placing them in general waste (taking care with sharp pieces)

If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.
