Louisa Bedford

Louisa joined British Flowerpots in June 2026, bringing with her a wealth of experience in co-ordination, accounts and customer service. As a friendly face and voice to our customers, she supports both our trade and online customers, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Since joining the business, Louisa has brought fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a real eye for organisation. She has taken on the role of Despatch Lead & Operations Administrator, helping to tidy up and improve processes across the business and making sure orders are organised and ready to go. She enjoys the variety that each day brings and getting outside and stuck in alongside the whole team.

Outside of work, Louisa enjoys hiking with her dog Hattie, trips to the beach and spending time in the garden. She is currently enjoying putting her new British Flowerpots to good use and getting stuck into her gardening.
