Field Merchandiser
This is a hands-on, varied role combining field merchandising with some on-site factory support. You’ll be responsible for maintaining displays, improving product presentation, and supporting seasonal changes across garden centres. Field merchandisers are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism at all times, as they act as representatives of British Flowerpots to our garden centre clients.
Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned garden centres and retail partners

Merchandise British Flowerpots products to agreed layouts and standards

Ensure products are clean, well-presented, and correctly priced

Replenish stock and support seasonal displays and promotions

Build positive relationships with store managers and staff

Identify merchandising opportunities and report back to head office

Take photos and complete brief visit reports where required

Support occasional on-site work when not in the field
About you

Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Confident communicator with a professional manner

Full UK driving licence

Comfortable with regional travel

Physically capable of manual handling (large ceramic pots)
Pay & Benefits

£120 per day for field merchandising (8-hour day)

£12.50 per hour for on-site work
